The
villa comprises a spacious open-plan living and dining area,
fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a separate utility room with
washing machine, large master bedroom with fitted wardrobe & safe,
guest bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, and a large tiled
bathroom with bath and shower.
The outside patios are designed for alfresco living and include a full
range of patio furniture & sun loungers, a barbecue chimney & a
gas barbecue and a large heated jacuzzi spa. The roof terrace with
stunning views over to Fuerteventura is the perfect place to sunbathe
and have a drink and watch the sunset.

Our property manager Ian
is on-hand to assist guests should they need it. The villa will be
prepared for your arrival, and clean linen and fresh towels will be
provided during your stay. Ian is a permanent
resident of Shangrila Park and has lived in Lanzarote for nearly ten
years. Should you require any advice or assistance during your stay, he
is a good source of local information and has an excellent knowledge of
Lanzarote's many highlights.
