Shangrila Park is located less than 2 km west of Playa Blanca, set in front of Montana Roja. 
 
You can walk to the nearest shops and seafront but you may prefer to drive to the centre of Playa Blanca, take a taxi (approximately €4 each way) or use the regular local bus that departs daily every half hour from 7am to 10pm. 
 
The active amongst you can always use the pool or tennis court, climb the Montana Roja or walk along the promenade to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Papagayo. And then afterwards, relax in the jacuzzi on the terrace!

    

This fully pedestrianised complex boasts peaceful gardens, children's play area, swimming pool with terraces for sunbathing, communal showers and a tennis court. The pool has a large graduated shallow area very suitable for young children.

 

There is a mini-mart with bakery located on the complex, open daily from 8am to 10pm providing fresh baked goods and everyday essentials. Faro Park and Natura Palace are also within walking distance of the complex, and offer a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

 

This location is ideal for getting away from it all. If spectacular views & watching sunsets from the roof terrace is your idea of heaven, then come here. It just took a full moon rising over the mountain to capture our hearts.
